Senior Director, Corporate Strategy

About the role

Adobe is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Corporate Strategy function. The role works directly with top executives and the three core business units – Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud – to shape and execute long‑term growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple strategy project teams and ensure delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
• Manage relationships with senior executives across Adobe, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Gradually specialize in one of Adobe’s three cloud businesses, joining the extended staff of the EVP and GM for that unit.
• Translate Adobe’s future vision into actionable plans that sustain rapid growth.
• Provide senior‑level exposure to operational and general‑management opportunities within the company.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years at a top management consulting firm or equivalent corporate strategy group, leading complex strategy projects.
• 15+ years of total professional experience with a proven track record of transformational change.
• Top undergraduate degree plus a Master’s (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; knowledge of software, digital marketing or digital media is highly desired.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
