Senior Director, Business Performance Improvement & Systems Transformation

About the role

Riveron is seeking a Senior Director to lead enterprise‑wide technology and systems transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, cloud migration, and M&A‑driven integration. The role advises C‑suite leaders and private‑equity sponsors on digital strategy and oversees multi‑platform program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies, covering ERP modernization, cloud adoption, infrastructure upgrades, and architecture redesign.
• Advise executive leadership and private‑equity sponsors on technology strategy, operating model redesign, cybersecurity, data strategy, and investment priorities.
• Lead technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, carve‑outs, and divestitures, including due diligence, Day 1/Day 100 planning, system integration and separation, and data migration.
• Establish governance structures, PMOs, risk‑management frameworks, and change‑management plans for complex transformation programs.
• Drive business development, originate new client engagements, and expand Riveron’s Systems & Technology Transformation practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15‑20+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and M&A technology integration.
• Prior senior technology leadership (CIO, VP of IT) or senior consulting experience advising CIO offices.
• Proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and scaling high‑performing consulting and delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Cloud platforms and migration (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Enterprise architecture, infrastructure modernization, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
• M&A technology due diligence, integration planning, carve‑out and separation execution.
• Consulting expertise with strong executive advisory and business development capabilities.
