Senior CRM Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own and evolve its CRM ecosystem. You will drive adoption, optimisation and data‑driven impact across product, marketing, pre‑sales, sales and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM system usage across multiple departments to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyse CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience reviewing business processes and implementing improvements.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with HubSpot (setup, automations, user support, optimisation).
• Technical knowledge of pipelines, objects, data health and configurations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards, including SQL knowledge.
