Senior Corporate Paralegal

About the role

Bosch is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the legal team supporting the Home Comfort division. You will provide comprehensive contract, research, litigation, and administrative support to ensure timely and accurate legal services across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and manage standard commercial agreements such as NDAs, distributor and purchasing contracts.
• Identify and flag legal risks, maintaining contract databases and templates.
• Conduct legal and factual research on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation matters, summarizing findings for attorneys.
• Assist with active litigation and pre‑litigation matters, including document collection, e‑discovery, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Maintain litigation calendars, organize case files, and support subpoenas, discovery responses, and witness preparation.
• Support legal department initiatives, policy updates, trainings, and knowledge‑management systems.
• Prepare drafts of correspondence, internal guidance, routine filings, and corporate governance materials.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of paralegal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, business‑focused setting.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with in‑house attorneys and external counsel.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple legal matters simultaneously.
