Senior Consultant – MDM Software

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant to help pharmaceutical and biotech clients manage their customer and product data through Veeva Network MDM. You will act as the lead solution architect, guiding design, implementation and delivery of a single, accurate view of doctors, hospitals and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for global life‑sciences clients.
• Design data solutions that consolidate internal sources into a single source of truth.
• Integrate Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM to enable field sales teams to access up‑to‑date customer profiles.
• Configure user‑friendly portals, dashboards and widgets for business users.
• Conduct workshops, present designs to stakeholders and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience delivering customer‑facing technology projects.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a comparable MDM platform (e.g., Reltio, Informatica).
• Solid understanding of data integration tools such as SQL, ETL processes, APIs and CSV/FTP transfers.
• Experience managing projects with structured timelines (Agile, Scrum) and risk mitigation.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills; ability to lead client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and willingness to travel 20‑30% for client engagements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
