Senior Consultant - MDM Software

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant to help pharmaceutical and biotech clients manage their customer and product data using Veeva Network MDM. You will act as the lead solution architect, guiding design, implementation, and delivery of master data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for global life‑sciences clients.
• Design data solutions that consolidate doctors, hospitals, and business partner information into a single source of truth.
• Configure Veeva Network MDM, integrate with Vault CRM, and build user‑friendly dashboards and widgets.
• Run workshops, present designs to stakeholders, and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Coach junior consultants and create reusable templates to improve future deliveries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience delivering customer‑facing technology projects.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or comparable MDM platforms (e.g., Reltio, Informatica).
• Solid understanding of data integration tools such as SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP transfers.
• Experience managing projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and ability to travel 20‑30% for client engagements.
