Senior Consultant - LIMS

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the implementation of its new cloud‑based Laboratory Information Management System (Vault LIMS). You will work directly with life‑science customers to adopt the next‑generation LIMS platform, driving efficiency and quality across their laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Support software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions, assessing and reviewing new features.
• Manage customer projects, ensuring scope is met and escalations are resolved for successful outcomes.
• Conduct workshops, design prototypes, configure solutions, and guide customers through feature adoption.
• Lead solution design and configuration, maintaining ownership of the solution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise and best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Proven ability to lead customers and foster collaborative team environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, critical‑thinking, and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for key customer engagements.
