About the role

Contemporary Leadership Advisors (CLA) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing team of leadership and organizational effectiveness experts. You will work on high‑impact projects with Fortune 100 companies, fast‑growing enterprises, and private‑equity firms, helping senior leaders solve complex people and business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage project timelines for client engagements.
• Develop and deliver high‑quality client deliverables, including assessments, talent strategies, and leadership development plans.
• Engage directly with C‑suite stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions.
• Participate actively in the sales process, from proposal development to client presentations.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, talent recruitment, and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 1+ year of consulting experience or an advanced degree in psychology, organizational behavior, HR development, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to produce professional deliverables.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work independently from home.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and alignment with CLA’s brand and vision.
