Senior Community Manager

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will oversee daily operations of an assigned property, leading the team to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All required state and local licenses/certifications.
