Maintenance Technician (Coeval)

About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as needed.

Required profile

• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
