Senior Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Senior Clinical Application Specialist drives complex RIS, PACS, and clinical AI implementations for radiology departments. Working within Service and Delivery, you will analyze and optimize clinical workflows, guide adoption of DeepHealth solutions, and collaborate across implementation, support, product, and sales teams to improve diagnostic and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑ and post‑implementation workflow assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop and document workflow strategies that support adoption of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions.
• Act as a clinical subject‑matter expert, guiding radiologists, clinicians, and administrators through change management.
• Lead training sessions for radiologists, technologists, and administrators to ensure proficient use of deployed solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to align product configurations with facility‑specific workflows and protocols.
• Serve as the primary workflow resource from kickoff through go‑live, hypercare, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent practical experience with a clinical/radiology background.
• 5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including workflow optimization and customer‑facing support.
• ARRT certification and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program.
• Proven ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to translate software capabilities into clinical language.
