Senior Change Management Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Change Management Specialist at Esri, you will help ensure that internal marketing projects achieve successful adoption and alignment with organizational goals. The role focuses on the people side of change, supporting transitions in business processes, systems and technologies while evolving the marketing organization into an insights-driven one. You will develop and run change strategies that accelerate adoption and foster engagement, influencing stakeholders and building trust across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management activities, strategies and plans using a structured methodology to maximize adoption and minimize resistance
• Map, assess, document and optimize marketing processes, and drive adoption of best practices
• Develop and run communication plans and write clear, engaging communications for stakeholders
• Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
• Work with project managers and campaign owners to embed change management in project plans
• Build training plans, guides and videos and deliver training on products and processes
• Define success metrics and monitor progress to ensure adoption and sustainability

Required profile

• 5+ years driving and executing change management within an organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Change management certification (Prosci preferred)
• Ability to influence change and build relationships across organizational levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience developing training materials and delivering in-person and virtual training
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
