Senior Associate – Risk & Regulatory Government Contract Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Risk & Regulatory practice, focusing on Government Contract Consulting. You will help clients navigate complex regulatory environments, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate risk across government contracting and grant compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on regulatory landscapes and compliance requirements for government contracts.
• Design, implement, and test internal controls to reduce risk exposure.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct compliance program implementation, policy reviews, and controls testing.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with U.S. government contracting, accounting, or grant compliance, including familiarity with FAR, CAS, or DCAA processes.
