Senior Associate – Managed Services Controllership & Accounting

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Managed Services – Controllership & Accounting, you will deliver outsourced solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Working within PwC’s Assurance practice, you will manage complex client engagements, build strong relationships, and apply a broad set of tools and methodologies to generate insights and drive strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outsourced processes including client interaction, data review, and process optimisation.
• Implement and monitor quality controls to maintain service standards.
• Resolve escalations and queries efficiently to support client needs.
• Apply analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain meaningful client connections to enhance service delivery.
• Leverage AI fluency and digital tooling to improve process efficiency and innovation.
• Conduct compliance reviews and contract assessments.
• Collaborate with teams to manage service levels and ensure excellence in managed services.
• Review and verify financial documents to support accurate data management.
• Document processes and quality‑assurance metrics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, among others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage quality‑assurance processes and handle complex client situations.
