Senior Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition to join its Talent Acquisition team in Somerset, NJ. This role offers an early‑career recruiter the chance to partner with business leaders, design sourcing strategies and drive full‑cycle technical hiring while ensuring compliance and a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business heads and internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies that meet demand.
• Own high‑volume end‑to‑end technical recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of technical candidates and work closely with the recruiting team.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and identify hiring trends to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, statutory regulations and local laws.
• Leverage data analytics for reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement.
• Identify talent acquisition gaps and provide strategic solutions.
• Represent Infosys’ employer brand and execute branding initiatives with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Non‑engineering degree candidates need four years of relevant recruitment experience; master’s degree candidates need one year.
• Knowledge of evolving technologies such as digital, infrastructure and application development.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Somerset, NJ or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
