Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an early‑career professional to join Infosys’ Talent Acquisition team in Somerset, NJ as an Associate Lead. In this entry‑level recruiting position you will support the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus channels and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to evaluate skills, interest and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panelists, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and progress in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with hiring initiatives such as career events, group discussions and engagement activities.
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any discipline, recent graduate (0‑18 months).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft (HCM) experience.
