Senior Associate – Healthcare Revenue Analytics (Deals)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in the Deals – Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Healthcare Revenue Analytics team, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering rigorous financial analysis and strategic advice. Based in Atlanta, you will work closely with senior partners and junior staff to assess earnings quality, cash flows and other deal‑critical metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to evaluate quality of earnings, cash flow and asset valuations.
• Provide due‑diligence support for M&A, divestiture and restructuring transactions in the healthcare sector.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform client recommendations.
• Interpret data trends to enhance understanding of business dynamics.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards and code of conduct.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and anticipate their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff on engagement tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
