About the role
As a Senior Associate in PwC’s Bank Platform Transformation practice, you will work with banking and capital markets clients to modernize core banking systems and improve operational efficiency. You will leverage a broad understanding of business applications to design, implement and support solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design business application solutions for core banking modernization.
- Implement and provide ongoing support for business applications, ensuring seamless integration.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
- Navigate complex project situations while upholding professional and technical standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preference for a Master’s or MBA.
