Senior Ad Monetisation Specialist

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior Ad Monetisation Specialist to own and optimise ad monetisation across web and mobile apps. This execution‑focused role requires hands‑on configuration, testing and optimisation of the ad stack.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ad monetisation strategy and execution across web and mobile platforms.
• Configure, manage and optimise AdMob, Google Ad Manager, mediation groups, bidding waterfalls and demand partners.
• Audit current ad setup to improve fill rate, eCPM, show rate, ARPU and total revenue.
• Design ad unit structures for multiple brands, countries, user segments and placements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing and Finance to implement SDKs, track events, run experiments and monitor key metrics.

Required profile

• Advanced hands‑on experience with Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager.
• Proven track record in app mediation setup, optimisation and web ad monetisation.
• Strong understanding of ad metrics such as fill rate, eCPM, ARPU and ability to diagnose revenue drops.
• Experience working with subscription‑based products and balancing ad revenue with user experience.
