Security Operations Account Manager

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring an Account Manager in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The Account Manager leads daily security operations, guides and develops a team of security officers and supervisors, and acts as the main point of contact for clients to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling with AI-powered tools, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance and employee relations
• Serve as the primary client contact and handle escalated incidents and emergencies
• Oversee training, safety and site operational standards, and manage inventory of uniforms and equipment

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing depends on state and local laws
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or personal vehicle
• At least 5 years in business operations, security management or team supervision
• Experience leading a team and building client relationships
• Preferred: college degree, law enforcement or security/facility management experience, ASIS CPP certification, payroll/billing/scheduling experience, knowledge of CCTV and access control, and a public safety academy graduate

• Salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year
