Seasonal Worker – September to November Harvest

About the role

Join Ocean Spray’s Markham, Washington facility for the September‑November 2026 harvest season. This temporary, seasonal position supports the cooperative’s cranberry harvest by rotating workers through multiple production areas. You will gain hands‑on experience in quality analysis, scaling, material handling, and general labor while contributing to the company’s fresh‑produce supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Perform duties across various stations, including quality analysis, scaling, and general labor tasks.
• Operate forklifts to move totes and assist with material handling throughout the facility.
• Support the harvesting process by handling and transporting product containers as needed.

Required profile

• Available for variable day shifts and committed to following safety, manufacturing, and environmental practices.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lb frequently and maintaining accurate production records.
• Team‑oriented, able to follow instructions, and willing to undergo a pre‑employment background check; prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab, or scale work is a plus.
