Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for on‑site monitoring, maintenance and support of Veolia water treatment plants. This role ensures optimal plant performance, compliance and customer satisfaction through technical expertise and proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess plant operational parameters and provide feedback to customers and Veolia management.
• Collect micro and corrosion coupons for laboratory analysis and reporting.
• Supply, install and service water‑quality and monitoring equipment such as TrueSense ICC®, RSG® and TrueSense Analyse®.
• Maintain chemical inventories, dosing pumps, spare parts and perform preventative maintenance.
• Record and update test parameters and chemical consumption in the InSight® remote‑monitoring system.
• Conduct water sampling, analysis and interpret results for customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues in the field.
• Identify value‑generation projects and sales opportunities to enhance revenue.

Required profile

• Professional or trade background with hands‑on experience in the water‑treatment industry.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to EHS and compliance.
