Seasonal Store Stock Associate – Holiday Retail Support

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Store Stock Associate to help keep the Desert Hills Premium Outlets store running smoothly during the busy holiday period. You will support the Store Manager and team by ensuring shelves are stocked, the store looks inviting, and customers receive friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting shoppers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Bag customer purchases at the register and help with checkout support.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed to keep the store operating efficiently.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation to the Cabazon location.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
