Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Philadelphia Premium Outlets

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Seasonal Store Sales Associate to join our Levi’s team at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Pottstown, PA during the busy holiday season. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting guests and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintain visual standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Bag customer purchases at the register and ensure accurate transactions.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and peak days such as Black Friday.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead and climbing ladders (reasonable accommodations available).
• Reliable transportation to the store.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
