Seasonal Leasing Consultant – Huntersville

About the role

The Seasonal Leasing Consultant supports the property’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Working directly with prospective residents, the consultant guides them through the leasing process while providing administrative support and assisting with resident events.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident data using the on‑site property management software and CRM tools.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and internet marketing initiatives.
• Inspect show units daily, coordinate maintenance needs, and ensure the leasing office is prepared for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours, documenting all interactions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters, contact renewing residents, and manage the renewal process according to Greystar’s renewal playbook.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, provide courteous customer service, and document issues for appropriate follow‑up.
• Assist with lifestyle events and community outreach to drive traffic and generate referral sources.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with on‑site team members.

• Familiarity with internet marketing tools and social media outreach.
