About the role
Join our client’s fast‑paced production facility in Chelmsford as an Overnight Sanitation Associate. The position runs Monday‑Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM, offering weekly pay and a supportive team environment for both English and Spanish speakers.
Key responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and work areas.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to ensure full sanitation.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
- Inspect cleaned areas to meet safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate sanitation logs and report any issues.
- Support production and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule (Monday‑Friday).
