Sales Representative – Title and Escrow

About the role

The Area Sales Executive drives revenue growth and expands TitleOne's market presence within an assigned territory. You will build strategic relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, investors and other referral partners while promoting title and escrow services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans for the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, community involvement and industry events.
• Promote TitleOne's title, escrow and related services through presentations, meetings and educational opportunities.
• Collaborate with Title, Escrow and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor local market conditions, industry trends and competitive activity, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; equivalent education and experience accepted.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the market area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems and other business software applications.
