Sales Representative - On Premise - Southern East Bay

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to manage on‑premise accounts in the Southern East Bay area. The role involves building relationships with bars, restaurants and other venues, promoting our beer, wine and spirits brands, and driving sales growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient route plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, complete surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar placements, drink lists and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where legally allowed, and monitor out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, collecting payments where permissible.
• Address customer issues, deliver products in special circumstances and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve distribution, volume and activity targets set for supplier brands.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on opening orders for new accounts.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
