About the role
Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Representative based in New York to drive revenue growth by executing sales activities for assigned accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor actions, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Define, agree and execute sales plans using tools, data and insights provided by Sales Strategy and Planning.
- Analyse market potential to identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Collect and consolidate information to support regional business development and introduce new products and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate regularly with accounts about new products, services and promotions.
- Research competitor and industry information to shape the best‑selling approach.
- Coordinate and draft contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales while respecting guidelines.
- Complete all Etihad commercial training and keep customer data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the airline or aviation sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
- Strong commercial and analytical background.
