About the role
As a Supervisor and Key Holder at COS, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury fashion environment. You will support store operations, drive sales performance, and embody the brand’s values to create an inspiring atmosphere for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through expert styling advice and product knowledge.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
- Interpret sales data and collaborate with leadership to improve commercial performance.
- Lead, motivate, and train sales assistants to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee daily operations such as deliveries, stock replenishment, and shop‑floor coverage.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
Required profile
- Previous retail or hospitality experience with knowledge of store operations.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for fashion products.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, action‑oriented attitude.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and pursue personal development.
