Sales Representative – Independent Retail

About the role

Join a leading beer, wine and spirits company as a Sales Representative focused on independent retail locations in East Hollywood, Koreatown and Silver Lake. You will drive brand growth through strategic selling, customer service and effective account management.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service assigned accounts, create efficient routing patterns, and conduct surveys to ensure compliance.
• Present sales pitches, manage product placement, restock shelves where permitted, and deliver training to account staff.
• Achieve sales and merchandising targets, manage inventory levels, collect payments, and support new account openings.
• Handle customer issues responsibly and maintain safe interactions with alcoholic products.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in beverage or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 45‑65 lb, reach overhead, squat and bend as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with diplomatic customer service skills.

What we offer

• Base salary $75k‑$100k plus uncapped commission and bonus eligibility.
