Sales Rep – On Premise – Sussex County

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to cover on‑premise accounts across Sussex County, Delaware. The role involves building relationships with local bars, restaurants and retailers to drive sales of our beer, wine and spirits brands.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan.
• Identify sales opportunities, conduct surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted, and monitor stock levels.
• Provide brand education and training to account staff.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, including collection of payments where legal.
• Handle customer issues, complaints and special delivery requests.
• Achieve volume, distribution and merchandising targets set by management.

Required profile

• Resident of Rehoboth, Georgetown, Milford, Fenwick, Lewis or surrounding areas in Sussex County.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Full‑time availability.
