Sales Performance Manager - Airport Rental Teams

About the role

Avis Budget Group is looking for a Sales Performance Manager to coach and develop rental sales teams across multiple airport locations. The role partners with operations and business leaders, spending time on the rental counter observing customer interactions, giving real-time coaching, role-playing sales scenarios, running workshops and helping agents build the confidence and skills that increase ancillary revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales agents and lead station workshops
• Observe customer interactions on the rental counter and give real-time coaching
• Role-play sales scenarios and facilitate engaging workshops
• Identify opportunities, reinforce best practices and introduce new sales initiatives
• Partner with local leaders to improve team performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience, or Associate's degree plus 2 years, or high school diploma plus 4 years of supervisory experience
• At least 2 years of progressive sales experience in a customer-facing environment
• At least 2 years of experience coaching, mentoring, training or developing sales professionals
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel about 50% between assigned locations

Required skills
