Sales Ops Specialist

About the role

The Sales Ops Specialist supports the Inside Sales team by handling quoting, order booking, and coordination with vendors, distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this hybrid position works closely with Client Directors to ensure smooth sales operations across regional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Directors to understand customer projects and provide day‑to‑day sales support.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
• Identify and register sales opportunities, track vendor rebates, and submit related claims.
• Source products from manufacturers and distributors, gather pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders according to Arctiq guidelines, and submit them for processing.
• Maintain and renew required sales certifications.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and distribution contacts.
• Coordinate logistics for product delivery and manage product returns.
• Create timely sales reports and recommend process improvements.
• Train new team members and provide process guidance.
