In-Home Sales Representative – High Earnings Potential

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated, competitive individuals to join its fast‑growing team as In‑Home Sales Representatives. You will work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, meeting pre‑qualified homeowners, presenting home‑exterior solutions and closing high‑ticket sales.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 qualified customers daily, typically 8‑12 appointments per week.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 min drive time).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
