Sales Closer (In‑Home Remodeling)

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals to close high‑ticket home‑improvement projects. As an In‑Home Sales Closer you will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, present solutions and finalize sales.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
