Sales Manager - B2B SaaS

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company to hire a Sales Manager. Working closely with the Sales Director, you will help build and develop the sales organisation, establish effective sales processes and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to design and scale the sales function.
• Define sales strategies, processes and ways of working aligned with commercial objectives.
• Recruit, onboard, manage and develop sales team members as the organisation expands.
• Set clear objectives, coach the team and monitor performance, pipeline and revenue.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensure consistent follow‑up and support the team through the full sales cycle.
• Identify new business, account development, cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Establish effective CRM, reporting and forecasting practices and analyse performance to improve results.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native level of English.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development.
• Commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to establish structure and processes within a developing sales organisation.
