Sales Executive – Hospitals

About the role

ShiftKey is expanding its hospital footprint as part of its 2026 growth strategy and needs energetic Sales Executives to drive that expansion. You will own the full sales cycle, working directly with senior hospital leaders to demonstrate how ShiftKey’s marketplace solves staffing challenges. This role offers a chance to impact a $700M+ addressable market while improving patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business growth with hospital and acute‑care clients across your assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, outreach, demo scheduling, and closing deals.
• Engage hospital decision‑makers through calls, emails, and creative outreach strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition to Account Management.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to track pipeline activity and forecast performance.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategy.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity goals, conversion metrics, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of phone‑based sales experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Proven success in high‑volume outreach and end‑to‑end deal management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter mindset – motivated, creative, and relentless in pursuit of results.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations or executives is a plus.
