Key Account Manager – Hybrid (Irving, TX)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to act as a consultative partner for major airports and airlines across North America. You will build relationships, open doors and deliver tailored aviation analytics solutions that help customers optimise operations, improve decision‑making and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve new‑business acquisition and renewal targets, ensuring consistent monthly, quarterly and annual revenue growth.
• Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and detailed account plans to maximise revenue and build long‑term client relationships.
• Develop deep knowledge of Cirium’s products and communicate their value to prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, consultancy and customer‑success teams to deliver customised solutions.
• Share best practices and market insights with the sales team to improve overall performance.
• Monitor industry trends in aviation and travel to identify emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Over eight years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in data, software, aviation or travel.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets through effective sales campaigns.
• Growth mindset with ability to build strong sales processes and pipeline generation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and forecasting abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
