Sales Engineer – Technical Solutions for Hygienic Pumps

About the role

As a Sales Engineer you will combine technical problem‑solving with a sales mindset to drive profitable growth through our distributor network.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with distributors and channel partners to drive sales and maximize revenue.
• Assess customer needs, configure and quote tailored pump solutions, and follow up to close opportunities.
• Provide technical support on product applications, troubleshoot issues, and advise on warranty claims.
• Conduct technical training for internal teams and channel partners.

Required profile

• Associate degree or B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a commercial mindset and experience in technical sales through distribution networks.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into customer‑centric solutions.
• Positive, customer‑focused approach with relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC tools, especially Excel and CRM software.
• Familiarity with fluid‑handling equipment such as pumps, valves, fittings and heat exchangers.
• Knowledge of CAD software, rheology, metallurgy or polymers is an advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 to $100,000 per year.
