Sales Development Representative - B2B SaaS (Restaurant Tech)

About the role

A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup that helps restaurants and quick-service restaurants operate better in the U.S. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote position. The role covers outbound and inbound sales, with a focus on targets, growth and commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 60-100 outbound calls per day to prospective restaurant clients
• Book 5-8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives
• Qualify inbound leads and make sure they are followed up promptly
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Hand off qualified opportunities smoothly to the sales team
• Work with internal teams so new clients can be onboarded quickly
• Work independently while consistently hitting performance KPIs

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales or SDR roles
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80-100 calls per day, strong conversion rates)
• Reliable, high-speed internet and a professional remote setup
• Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented
• Spanish is highly preferred; experience selling to restaurants, hospitality or QSR is also preferred

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
