Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

Join Levi's® Store in Lynnfield Marketplace as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand’s heritage. You will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Maintain store appearance, visual standards, and assist with merchandising and pricing.
• Handle cash, follow security and loss‑prevention procedures, and support inventory replenishment using RFID technology.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, lift up to 40 lb, and stand for long periods.
• Structured, organized, adaptable, and methodical work style.

Required skills

• Basic iOS device operation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
