Sales Analyst & Business Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Sales Analyst & Business Coordinator to support the VP of Global Sales. This high‑impact role blends executive support, sales coordination, business analysis, and cross‑functional follow‑up across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the VP of Global Sales with scheduling, meetings, travel, and follow‑up, and coordinate activities across multiple time zones.
• Track action items, commitments, and deadlines from leadership and customer meetings, ensuring timely execution.
• Analyze regional sales performance using Salesforce and other systems, preparing reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities, translating data into clear business insights.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters in Virginia, regional teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring follow‑up actions are assigned and tracked.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in executive support, sales operations, business coordination, or sales analysis.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on identifying trends and performance gaps.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently across international cultures and multiple time zones.
