About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Salad/Fry Cook. You will prepare high‑quality dishes, manage your station efficiently, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

Accurately follow recipes and procedures to deliver consistent, exceptional dishes.
Manage assigned station to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, including assisting with dishwashing as needed.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot and cold conditions.
Minimum age 16 (18 to operate certain equipment) with effective communication skills.
