About the role

The RN Supervisor – Operations Coordinator provides and manages care for patients in the Neuro Progressive Stepdown Unit during night shifts. This role designs, implements, and evaluates nursing interventions while coordinating a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate clinical operations on the unit and ensure effective discharge planning.
Supervise and delegate care to licensed nurses, patient care technicians, and other health professionals.
Communicate critical issues to the Unit Director, physicians, and staff, serving as a liaison with Clinical Nurse Specialists.
Manage resources efficiently, including human, environmental, and material assets.

Required profile

Registered Nurse diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced, stressful healthcare environment.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
