About the role

The Registered Nurse Supervisor will lead patient care in the Arrhythmia Clinic, integrating research‑based information to design, implement, and evaluate care plans. This position combines direct patient interaction with coordination of the healthcare team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Promote the use of nursing protocols and practice guidelines based on current evidence.
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate patient care within the unit.
Manage conflict on shift and report issues to unit leadership when further action is needed.
Facilitate staff needs while aligning with the strategic direction set by leadership.
Assist the leadership team in identifying cost‑containment and reduction strategies.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
