RN IMTA Medsurg – Full Time Days

About the role

The RN IMTA Medsurg position on Jeff Hwy provides direct patient care in a fast‑paced medical‑surgical unit. You will lead the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and staff, adapting communication to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity.
• Participate in unit and departmental strategic initiatives and quality improvement activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
