About the role

As a Risk & Regulatory – Government Contract Consulting Manager at PwC, you will guide organisations through complex regulatory environments and strengthen internal controls to manage risk effectively. You will lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Manage and enhance internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Guide teams in compliance program implementation and controls testing.
• Conduct risk analysis and governance reviews.
• Facilitate workshops and group discussions on compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver C‑Level presentations on risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on finance transformation and operating effectiveness.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable background in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Project/Technology Management.
