Revenue Systems Manager, Growth

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is hiring a Revenue Systems Manager for its Growth team. You will drive scalable revenue growth across the business divisions by improving revenue systems, data, integrations and automations, working from the San Francisco office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Data and Product teams to shape scalable revenue-system design and turn complex business requirements into flexible solutions.
• Manage the go-to-market technology stack, support ad hoc queries and train teams on best practices.
• Lead process-optimisation initiatives across the commercial organisation to improve efficiency and operational impact.
• Communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the CRO and Regional General Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design and administration, or IT transformations.
• Strong ownership mentality, resilience under pressure and comfort navigating a global organisation.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong analytical, data-driven problem solving.
• Preferred: experience in a high-growth technology company, hands-on experience with Apex, LWC or Visualforce, and hands-on experience building with AI.

Required skills

• Hands-on Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Permission Sets and Object Schema.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with the Salesforce technology stack (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
