Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Sardine is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to scale its go‑to‑market operations. This individual contributor role blends analytics, AI‑driven automation, and GTM engineering to build a lean, data‑driven revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Next‑Gen Tech Evaluation: Own evaluation of the GTM technology stack for AI‑first scalability.
• Analytics: Design, build and maintain analytics infrastructure tracking performance across the GTM ecosystem.
• Strategic Insights: Provide key insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Vibe Coding & Automation: Use AI coding assistants to rapidly develop custom tools, integrations and automation workflows.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing and Post‑Sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and deploy data‑backed solutions.
• Project Execution: Deploy and execute projects and strategic initiatives.
• Workflow Automation: Engineer automated solutions to reduce manual friction in the lead‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Required profile

• The "Vibe Coding" Edge: Proven track record using modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Engineer, v0) to build functional tools.
• Data & Analytics Rigor: Strong background in data analytics, clean data architectures and actionable reporting.
• CRM & Tooling Curiosity: Experience managing traditional tech stacks and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Bias for Action: Self‑starter who prefers building prototypes over lengthy specifications.

Required skills

• 5+ years in technical Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or Sales Systems.
• Advanced experience with APIs, webhooks and middleware platforms (Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, Clay).
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and GTM tools such as HubSpot, Unify, n8n.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong ability to design relational data models and map complex business processes into automated logic.
